If your order or product is damaged, we will provide a full refund on damaged items once a photographic image has been sent to email@example.com within 7 business days of receiving your order!
Incorrect shipping address:
We do not provide any refunds if you have entered the incorrect shipping address and your order has been sent out so please ensure you are checking your details at checkout!
Change your mind/Incorrect choice:
We will not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or do not like the taste or flavour of the product
Item out of stock:
There may be times when stock is unavailable, we will offer the most similar substitute or offer you a refund for the out of stock item
Once order has been dispatched to address provided on order and you have received your Australia Post tracking and item has been marked DELIVERED, we will not be responsible for any parcels that have been lost or stolen. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org to investigate further with Australia Post.
